Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager (Renewals) to join our dynamic Enterprise SaaS team. This remote role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving subscription renewals for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS account management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build trust with high-value clients. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term partnerships and contributing to the company’s recurring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise client renewals, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to address client needs and deliver solutions that drive value.
  • Monitor account health metrics and develop strategies to prevent churn and maximize account growth.
  • Prepare and present renewal proposals, pricing, and contract terms to clients.
  • Track renewal pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on account performance and KPIs to senior management.
  • Continuously analyze client usage, feedback, and trends to inform retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in SaaS account management, renewals, or customer success, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription lifecycles, and enterprise sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive account strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in account management or customer success roles, with a focus on renewals and retention.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention KPIs.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate client needs across time zones.

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and subscription management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with executive-level clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics for actionable insights.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
