Job Summary:
InfoTech Solutions is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Growth Lead to spearhead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing strategies. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to drive growth, optimize customer acquisition, and enhance brand engagement across digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative, data-driven D2C digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.

Lead multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, email, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Analyze and optimize performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS) to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Identify market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and compelling campaigns.

Oversee the marketing budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.

Mentor and manage a team of digital marketers, fostering skill development and innovative thinking.

Test and implement new digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance growth performance.

Report performance insights and growth opportunities to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in D2C digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing leadership roles.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, paid search, SEO, email, affiliate, and influencer marketing.

Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar).

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Experience:
