Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly skilled and strategic E-commerce Warehouse Strategist to optimize our logistics operations in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies aligned with e-commerce business goals.

• Optimize inventory management, including forecasting, stock rotation, and replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, supply chain, and customer service) to enhance workflow and fulfillment processes.
• Establish KPIs and monitor warehouse performance, ensuring metrics meet business targets.
• Research and implement technology solutions (e.g., warehouse management systems, automation tools) to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce warehouse management or logistics strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration across multiple teams.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, warehouse strategy, or supply chain management.

Working Hours
