Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our Remote Managed Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to support our clients’ business operations across multiple industries. You will work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, collaborating with consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.

• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for managed services clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.

• Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce development (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps).

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and permission models.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX).

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Experience working in a managed services or consulting environment is highly preferred.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator are a strong advantage.

• Prior experience supporting multiple clients or projects simultaneously is desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
