Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Engineer – Machine Learning Ops (MLOps) to join our growing global technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based machine learning systems and services.

• Build and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, testing, deploying, and monitoring ML models.

• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research models into production-ready solutions.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows.

• Monitor model performance, data drift, and system reliability in production environments.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of ML applications.

• Lead code reviews and promote best practices in software engineering and MLOps.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system availability.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (advanced level).

• Solid experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).

• Proficiency in REST APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, MLflow).

• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or MLOps roles.

• Proven experience deploying ML models into production environments.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.

• Fully remote position.
