Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media & TikTok Ads to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels, with a strong focus on TikTok and other social media advertising platforms. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer who combines analytical thinking with creative storytelling to drive measurable growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will own the end-to-end paid media lifecycle—from campaign strategy and budget planning to execution, optimization, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, data analysts, and product teams to develop high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Own campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.

  • Lead TikTok advertising initiatives, including creative testing, influencer collaboration, and trend-driven campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.

  • Manage A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, ad formats, and audience segments.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives aligned with brand voice.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to stay ahead of the market.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Manage external agencies or freelancers where required.

  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in paid digital marketing and performance advertising.

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns.

  • Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.

  • Experience in B2C, D2C, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing large advertising budgets is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time role (40 hours per week).
