Job Summary

InfoTech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SaaS Implementation Specialist to join our growing remote delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of our SaaS products for new and existing clients. You will act as the primary bridge between our customers and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth deployments, high adoption rates, and long-term customer success.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically adept, and experienced in managing multiple client implementations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer journey from contract signature to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new SaaS clients from kickoff to successful go-live.

  • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business requirements, workflows, and technical needs.

  • Configure the SaaS platform according to client specifications and best practices.

  • Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.

  • Deliver remote training sessions, product walkthroughs, and onboarding documentation.

  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Monitor client adoption, gather feedback, and recommend optimizations.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention during the onboarding phase.

  • Maintain detailed implementation records and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud-based systems, and API integrations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Proven project management and organizational abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical consulting.

  • Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

  • Experience onboarding enterprise or mid-market clients is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard business hours aligned with client time zones (flexibility required for global clients).

  • Occasional extended hours may be required during critical implementation phases.
