MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Email Marketing Automation Specialist (Klaviyo) to design, implement, and optimize automated email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end email automation strategies using Klaviyo, ensuring personalized, timely, and high-performing communications across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage automated email flows in Klaviyo (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, win-back, etc.).

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer journeys.

• Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement data to improve targeting and personalization.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue attribution).

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and sending times to optimize results.

• Collaborate with content, design, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Maintain clean and compliant email lists in line with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.

• Integrate Klaviyo with CRM, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.

• Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience using Klaviyo for email marketing automation.

• Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

• Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS for email templates (basic to intermediate).

• Knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Lifecycle Marketing.

• Prior experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of improving email KPIs and driving revenue through automation.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Flexible working hours with remote or hybrid options depending on location.
