Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst – Remote Inventory Planning to join our growing global operations team. This role is critical in ensuring optimal inventory levels across our supply network while supporting business growth, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing demand patterns, forecasting inventory needs, optimizing stock levels, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, sales, and finance to ensure a resilient and efficient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast inventory requirements.

• Develop and maintain inventory planning models to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or stockouts.

• Monitor key supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, service levels, and lead times.

• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align purchasing plans with demand forecasts.

• Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and propose improvement strategies.

• Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior management.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy within ERP and inventory management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory planning, or demand forecasting.

• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or technology-driven organizations is preferred.

• Prior remote work experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
