Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer – Remote Tech Talent Acquisition to support our fast-growing global hiring needs. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top technical talent across multiple markets. You will act as a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers by building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source qualified candidates for technical roles such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, Boolean search, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement through personalized messaging.
- Perform preliminary screening to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting TechPro Solutions as an employer of choice.
- Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging tech skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Professional and ethical approach to recruitment.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or technical hiring.
- Experience sourcing for IT and technology roles is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a staffing agency, tech company, or global recruitment environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with international hiring markets is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time, remote position.
