Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual) to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our SaaS clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, driving user adoption, resolving issues, and supporting long-term customer retention.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will act as the voice of the customer within the organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support.

  • Guide customers through product features, best practices, and use cases to maximize platform adoption.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively identify customer needs, risks, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Monitor customer health metrics and usage data to drive success strategies.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

  • Conduct virtual training sessions, demos, and webinars for new and existing users.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.

  • Document customer interactions, insights, and processes in CRM systems.

  • Advocate for customers by sharing insights and improvement suggestions with product teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.

  • Bilingual proficiency (English plus one additional language such as Spanish, French, German, or Portuguese).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and tech-driven environment.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a related role.

  • Prior experience in a SaaS, technology, or digital services company is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with international or global clients is an advantage.

  • Proven track record of meeting customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Standard working hours aligned with key client regions (flexible shifts may apply).

  • Monday to Friday, with occasional availability for client meetings across different time zones.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services.

  • Ability to interpret customer data and usage metrics.

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional remote teams.
