Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Claims Processor – Insurance to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals who are organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

As a Claims Processor, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent service to our clients by ensuring timely claim resolution and maintaining high levels of data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process insurance claims in accordance with company guidelines and policy provisions.
• Verify claim documentation, including forms, medical records, invoices, and supporting evidence.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential fraud and escalate as required.
• Enter and update claim information accurately into internal systems and databases.
• Communicate with clients, insurance agents, and internal departments to resolve claim-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information securely.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to claim processing performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and claims management systems.
• Ability to analyze documents and make informed decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, claims administration, or related roles preferred.
• Experience working in health, life, auto, or property insurance is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with relevant certifications or strong administrative experience may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote (Work From Home).
• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
• Flexible shifts may be available depending on business needs and time zones.
