Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Remote Telehealth General Practitioner (GP) to join our expanding digital healthcare team. This role is ideal for qualified medical professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care through virtual platforms. As an After-Hours Telehealth GP, you will provide timely medical consultations, assessments, and treatment recommendations to patients outside of standard clinic hours, ensuring continuity of care and improved healthcare accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual medical consultations via video, phone, and secure digital platforms.
• Assess patient symptoms, medical history, and health concerns to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide medical advice, follow-up care, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and health management.
• Ensure compliance with telehealth standards, medical ethics, and data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage urgent and non-urgent after-hours cases effectively and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license/registration to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Certification in General Practice or Family Medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and digital health tools.
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities.
• High level of professionalism, empathy, and patient-centered approach.
• Strong written documentation and reporting skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Family Physician.
• Prior experience in telehealth, remote care, or digital healthcare platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in managing urgent care, primary care, or after-hours services is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible after-hours shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
