Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead – High-Ticket Sales Funnels to spearhead our performance marketing and revenue growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior digital marketer who has deep expertise in building, optimizing, and scaling high-ticket funnels for B2B or premium B2C products and services.

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end funnel strategy—from traffic acquisition and lead generation to conversion optimization and customer retention. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to design data-driven campaigns that drive qualified leads, maximize ROI, and accelerate business growth in competitive global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage high-converting digital sales funnels for high-ticket products and services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Optimize customer journeys, landing pages, and conversion paths using A/B testing and analytics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing funnels with lead qualification and closing processes.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecast ROI, and ensure efficient cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Oversee lead nurturing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, funnel strategies, and AI-driven marketing tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience with high-ticket funnels, lead magnets, webinars, VSLs, and sales automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX/UI principles, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience with copywriting and persuasive sales messaging.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing high-ticket sales funnels.
  • Prior experience working in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, consulting, or high-value service industries is preferred.
  • Experience leading teams or managing agencies is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
