HR Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing global startup to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN). As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver innovative digital products that serve a global user base. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.

Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js and Express.js.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.

Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

Working knowledge of MongoDB and database design.

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Proven experience working with the MERN stack in real-world projects.

Prior experience working in a remote or startup environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
