Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing global startup to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN). As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.

• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js and Express.js.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure application security, data protection, and best coding practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development.

• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

• Working knowledge of MongoDB and database design.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Proven experience working with the MERN stack in real-world projects.

• Prior experience working in a remote or startup environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role with flexible working hours.

• Core overlap hours with global teams (typically 3–5 hours per day).

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
