Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Specialist – FBA & Inventory Management to support the growth and optimization of our clients’ Amazon marketplaces. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon FBA operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, improving product availability, and driving overall account performance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Amazon Seller Central, understands the complexities of FBA logistics, and possesses a data-driven mindset to optimize inventory flow, reduce stockouts, and improve sales efficiency. This role requires excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, focusing on FBA and inventory performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and plan replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Create and manage FBA shipments, including labeling, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and fulfillment metrics to improve performance.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies, stranded inventory, and FBA-related issues with Amazon support.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate data, compliance with Amazon policies, and high-quality content.
  • Generate regular performance and inventory reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within FBA operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts or SKUs efficiently.
  • Understanding of Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Proven experience managing FBA inventory, shipments, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience working with international marketplaces is a plus.
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible or remote working options depending on client requirements.
  • May require working in overlapping hours with global teams or marketplaces.
