Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing real estate clients across the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads for real estate agents, brokers, and property investment firms. You will play a critical role in building strong sales pipelines, driving revenue growth, and supporting business development efforts through strategic outbound and inbound lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential prospects in the US real estate market using various online tools and databases.

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and CRM systems.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess interest and eligibility.

  • Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to sales or real estate teams.

  • Develop and optimize lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on target audiences and campaigns.

  • Track and report key performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and response times.

  • Stay updated on US real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.

  • Proficiency in using online research tools and lead generation platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and customer-centric approach.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or sales support.

  • Prior experience in real estate, property management, or mortgage industry is highly preferred.

  • Experience working with US clients or international markets is an advantage.

  • Remote or virtual work experience is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Working hours aligned with US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

  • Flexible shifts may be available depending on client requirements.

  • Strong understanding of the US real estate market and buyer/seller journey.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends in lead performance.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
