Dignity Security and Manpower Private Limited is actively hiring a Remote Data Entry / MIS Sales Executive for its Patna operations. This role is ideal for dependable and detail-oriented individuals who can accurately manage and maintain company data while supporting basic MIS and sales reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Compile, verify, and format information from documents, forms, and digital files
• Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure record accuracy
• Prepare MIS reports and sales-related data summaries as required
• Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation
• Perform routine backups to protect data integrity
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company data protection policies
• Coordinate virtually with team members for data updates and reporting needs
• Support sales team with data tracking and performance reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
• Basic understanding of data entry and reporting
• Basic English communication skills required
• Sound verbal communication abilities

Skills Required

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
• Good typing accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting (preferred but not mandatory)
