Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across key social platforms in support of non-profit organizations and mission-driven initiatives. This fully remote role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands how to use social media to build communities, raise awareness, and drive meaningful engagement around social impact causes.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with organizational goals, amplify our partners’ missions, and strengthen brand credibility. You will work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and non-profit stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with organizational and campaign objectives.

Manage daily operations across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.

Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive online interactions.

Collaborate with design, content, and communications teams to ensure consistent brand voice.

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and KPIs.

Manage social media calendars and ensure timely content delivery.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in the non-profit sector.

Support fundraising and advocacy campaigns through digital storytelling and targeted social strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

Experience

Working Hours
