Job Summary
OneTech Associates is seeking a highly motivated and creative E-learning Content Developer to join our remote Corporate Education team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital learning content that supports corporate training initiatives across multiple industries. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to transform complex information into engaging, learner-centered e-learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive e-learning modules for corporate training programs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and define content objectives.

Convert instructor-led training materials into engaging online learning experiences.

Create multimedia content including videos, animations, simulations, and assessments.

Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM, or similar models) to ensure learning effectiveness.

Maintain and update existing e-learning content to reflect new business requirements.

Ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and compliant with corporate learning standards.

Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to upload, test, and track learning content.

Review learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve course quality.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Digital Media, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience in e-learning content development or instructional design.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.).

Strong knowledge of multimedia development tools (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex topics.

Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).

Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
Experience

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in e-learning development or corporate training.

Experience working with corporate or enterprise-level learning programs is preferred.

Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is a strong advantage.

Portfolio of e-learning projects or digital learning samples is highly desirable.
Working Hours

Fully remote position.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
