Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Account Manager – Client Retention Specialist to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and driving customer loyalty and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance client value while minimizing churn.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact for all relationship matters.

Develop strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.

Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and identify risks of churn.

Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic account discussions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, and Operations) to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

Prepare reports and insights on account performance, retention metrics, and customer feedback.

Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.

Prior experience in a remote or distributed team is an advantage.

Experience in SaaS, IT services, digital solutions, or B2B environments is preferred.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.

Standard working hours aligned with business needs (flexibility may be required depending on client time zones).

Monday to Friday, with occasional availability for key client meetings.
