Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Remote Claims Adjuster to join our growing international insurance operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, investigating, and resolving insurance claims across multiple regions and time zones. You will act as a key point of contact for policyholders, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring claims are handled fairly, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review, investigate, and process international insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Analyze policy coverage, endorsements, and exclusions to determine claim eligibility.

Collect and evaluate supporting documentation such as reports, invoices, photos, and statements.

Communicate with policyholders, brokers, medical providers, repair vendors, and legal teams.

Negotiate settlements and recommend claim resolutions in line with company guidelines.

Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious cases for further investigation.

Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Meet performance targets related to turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and policy interpretation.

Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Experience

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in insurance claims handling or adjusting.

Experience with international or multi-jurisdictional claims is highly preferred.

Prior experience in health, travel, property, or commercial insurance is an advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.
