Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer – AI & Machine Learning Ops to join our advanced technology team. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent applications that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to transform experimental models into reliable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based applications for AI and ML operations.

• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.

• Collaborate with data scientists to optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.

• Implement APIs and microservices to serve AI models in production environments.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

• Deploy and monitor ML models using cloud platforms and containerization tools.

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability and performance.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for AI-driven systems.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (5+ years) with experience in building production-grade systems.

• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts.

• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years in AI/ML-related roles.

• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models into real-world production systems.

• Prior experience in leading or mentoring technical teams is highly preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
