Job Summary:

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Podcast Manager to oversee the production, editing, and distribution of our podcast series. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality audio content, crafting engaging show notes, and managing the end-to-end workflow of our podcast episodes. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic team passionate about sharing insights in the HR and talent management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of podcast production, including recording, editing, and finalizing episodes for release.

• Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly show notes for each episode.

• Coordinate guest scheduling, communication, and preparation for interviews.

• Ensure consistency in podcast style, format, and branding across all episodes.

• Publish episodes to hosting platforms and manage distribution to major podcast directories (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, etc.).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote episodes and maximize audience engagement.

• Monitor listener metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of content.

• Troubleshoot audio quality issues and ensure professional-grade sound for all recordings.

• Stay updated on podcasting trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in podcast production, audio editing, or content creation.

• Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, GarageBand, or similar.

• Strong writing skills with experience creating engaging show notes, blog posts, or promotional content.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple episodes simultaneously.

• Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and RSS feed management.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality audio content.

• Knowledge of SEO principles and audience engagement strategies is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in podcast management, audio production, or related content creation roles.

• Experience working remotely and independently managing projects is preferred.

• Background in HR, talent management, or business-focused podcasting is a strong advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, flexible remote schedule.

• Occasional meetings or live recordings may require availability during business hours or specific time slots aligned with guests’ schedules.
