HR Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pinterest Marketing Manager to join our remote marketing team. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic Pinterest campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pinterest as a platform, trends in social media marketing, and the ability to create content that resonates with target audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Pinterest marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.

  • Create, curate, and optimize visually appealing pins and boards to drive engagement and follower growth.

  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization specific to Pinterest to maximize organic reach.

  • Analyze Pinterest analytics and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.

  • Manage paid Pinterest campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.

  • Stay up-to-date with Pinterest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Report on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Pinterest marketing campaigns for brands or businesses.

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and visual storytelling.

  • Proficiency in Pinterest Analytics, Tailwind, Canva, or other design and scheduling tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization for Pinterest.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate trends into effective campaigns.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on Pinterest.

  • Demonstrated track record of growing brand presence and engagement on Pinterest.

  • Experience with both organic and paid Pinterest campaigns is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position with flexible working hours.

  • Availability for occasional team meetings or client updates across time zones may be required.
