Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our revenue engine, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients within the technology sector. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and research potential customers through outbound and inbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms).

Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timelines.

Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client pain points and match them with TechPro Solutions’ products and services.

Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries to convert interest into opportunities.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including call volume, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline.

Continuously improve sales scripts, objection handling, and prospecting techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role.

Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.

Standard working hours aligned with the company’s primary market (flexible shifts may be available).
