Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Remote Enterprise Hub team. In this strategic role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between TechPro Solutions and our enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption, optimization, and long-term value from our technology solutions.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will combine deep technical expertise with strong relationship management skills to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will proactively engage with stakeholders, translate complex technical concepts into business value, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class service in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, building strong and trusted relationships.

  • Understand customer business objectives and align TechPro Solutions’ products and services to meet their needs.

  • Provide technical guidance, onboarding support, and solution architecture recommendations.

  • Proactively monitor customer environments, identify risks, and recommend improvements.

  • Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution reviews with key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting for clients.

  • Drive customer adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities through value-driven engagement.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based solutions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or similar role.

  • Experience working with enterprise clients in a B2B environment.

  • Prior experience in SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.

  • Flexible working hours with overlap required for global client communication.

  • Availability for occasional meetings across different time zones.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and system architectures.

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and system logs.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
