Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Support Agent (German/French) to join our remote customer experience team in India. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in German and French and passionate about delivering world-class customer support in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

As a Bilingual Support Agent, you will act as the first point of contact for international customers, providing professional assistance through multiple communication channels while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German and French via phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and French (spoken and written).

  • Good command of English for internal communication.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, BPO, or call center roles is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong language skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in international customer support or SaaS/IT support will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position based in India.

  • Rotational shifts to support European time zones.

  • 5-day work week with 2 rotational weekly offs.

  • Flexible scheduling may be required depending on business needs.

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and support workflows.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues.

  • Cultural sensitivity when dealing with international clients.

  • High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
