Job Summary

TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Onboarding Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through a smooth and efficient onboarding journey, ensuring they are fully set up and confident in using our products and services. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, playing a critical role in client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working remotely, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, from initial welcome to full system setup.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless handovers.

  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and training webinars.

  • Gather and document client requirements to configure systems accurately.

  • Ensure all onboarding documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements are completed.

  • Track onboarding progress using CRM and project management tools.

  • Identify potential risks or issues and proactively resolve them.

  • Collect feedback to improve onboarding processes and client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, onboarding platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for service excellence.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, client services, or account management.

  • Experience working in SaaS, IT services, or digital platforms is highly preferred.

  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Flexible working hours aligned with global client time zones.

  • Standard workweek of 40 hours, with occasional flexibility required for international clients.
