Job Summary
TechPro Solutions is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead our B2B technology sales initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise sales strategies, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth across global markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning TechPro Solutions’ solutions as high-impact, value-driven offerings.
This is a fully remote leadership role suited for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals and lead cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-level sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B opportunities across multiple industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to enterprise clients.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Mentor and guide junior sales team members where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in enterprise B2B sales within the technology sector.

Experience

7+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 3–5 years in enterprise or strategic accounts.

Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.

Experience selling SaaS, cloud, digital platforms, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.

Prior experience working with global clients and distributed teams is an advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.
