MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Medical Scribe to support US-based healthcare providers during night shifts. As a Medical Scribe, you will assist physicians by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time, ensuring clinical records are complete, compliant, and up to date.

This position plays a critical role in improving provider efficiency, enhancing patient care quality, and maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR). You will work closely with doctors and clinical staff across various specialties, gaining valuable clinical experience in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters, including history of present illness (HPI), review of systems (ROS), physical exams, and treatment plans.

• Update and manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) in real time during virtual or in-clinic consultations.

• Record physician observations, diagnoses, procedures, and prescriptions.

• Ensure all medical documentation complies with US healthcare standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Assist providers with chart preparation, follow-up notes, and clinical summaries.

• Review and edit clinical notes for accuracy, grammar, and completeness.

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and data security at all times.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams to clarify documentation needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, Allied Health, or related field.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflows.

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in typing (minimum 40–50 WPM with high accuracy).

• Basic knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.

• Strong listening skills and ability to follow physician dictation.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in medical scribing, clinical documentation, or healthcare support is preferred.

• Prior experience working with US healthcare systems or physicians is an added advantage.

• Experience in specialties such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Cardiology is a plus.

Working Hours

• Night Shift (IST): Typically between 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

• Full-time, 5 days a week (aligned with US clinic hours).

• Fixed or rotational shifts depending on client requirements.
