MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer – Remote E-learning Content to join our growing digital learning team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality e-learning solutions that support workforce development across multiple industries. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to transform complex information into engaging, learner-centered digital experiences.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals who are passionate about online learning, instructional technology, and creating impactful educational content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e-learning courses, microlearning modules, and digital training programs.

• Conduct training needs analysis and learner research to identify learning objectives and gaps.

• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to structure learning experiences.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate content into effective instructional materials.

• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and multimedia content (videos, simulations, quizzes).

• Ensure all learning materials align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.

• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.

• Update and maintain learning content to ensure relevance and accuracy.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, or equivalent.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital training.

• Experience working with corporate training, professional development, or academic e-learning programs is preferred.

• Prior experience in remote or distributed teams is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.

• Standard working hours aligned with business operations (flexible scheduling may be available).

• Occasional overlap with global teams across different time zones may be required.
