As an Online ESL Teacher, you will work with business professionals from diverse industries, supporting their language development to succeed in global work environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group online Business English classes for adult learners.

• Design and deliver interactive lessons focused on workplace communication, presentations, negotiations, and professional writing.

• Assess student proficiency levels and create personalized learning plans.

• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.

• Use digital tools and learning platforms to enhance engagement.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and goals.

• Prepare lesson materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with business contexts.

• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all virtual sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL certification.

• Native or near-native English proficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools).

• High-speed internet connection and a professional home teaching setup.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching ESL or EFL.

• Prior experience teaching Business English or corporate learners is highly desirable.

• Experience working with international students is a strong advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong certifications and training may also be considered.
