MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Curriculum Developer to join our fast-growing EdTech startup on a fully remote basis. This role is ideal for an education professional who is passionate about digital learning, instructional design, and creating engaging, learner-centered content. As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving high-quality educational programs that align with industry standards, learner needs, and business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, product managers, and technology teams to build scalable learning solutions that drive meaningful learning outcomes for diverse audiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end curricula for online courses, certifications, and training programs.

• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and skill gaps.

• Translate complex concepts into structured, engaging, and easy-to-understand learning materials.

• Create lesson plans, course outlines, assessments, quizzes, projects, and multimedia learning resources.

• Ensure alignment of content with learning standards, frameworks, and accreditation requirements.

• Review and update existing curricula based on learner feedback, performance data, and emerging trends.

• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and content creators to ensure consistency and quality.

• Integrate modern pedagogical approaches such as microlearning, project-based learning, and gamification.

• Maintain documentation and version control for all curriculum assets.

• Support pilot programs and learning product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, SAM, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to structure content for different learning levels and audiences.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Proficiency in content creation tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar).

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.

• Prior experience in EdTech, online education, corporate training, or digital learning environments is highly preferred.

• Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated portfolio of curriculum or learning projects is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote role.
