Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online coding classes for children aged 6–14 using Python and Scratch.

• Design interactive lesson plans, coding exercises, and mini-projects aligned with learning objectives.

• Explain programming concepts in a simple, engaging, and child-friendly manner.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and performance reports.

• Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive online classroom environment.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers to continuously improve teaching materials.

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python and Scratch programming.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach children effectively.

• Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).

• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

Experience
