Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly analytical and growth-driven E-commerce Revenue Strategist to lead revenue optimization initiatives across our Shopify-powered digital stores. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands both the technical and commercial sides of e-commerce and is passionate about driving measurable business growth.
As an E-commerce Revenue Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and executing revenue strategies that maximize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and overall profitability. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, UX, and data teams to transform insights into high-impact actions.
This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to global e-commerce projects.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end revenue growth strategies for Shopify stores.

Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize conversion rate (CRO) through A/B testing, UX improvements, and checkout enhancements.

Drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies using personalized offers and automation.

Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and CLTV.

Collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid ads, email marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.

Recommend and manage Shopify apps and integrations to enhance store performance.

Conduct competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Prepare regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders with actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystems.

Proven knowledge of e-commerce revenue models and growth frameworks.

Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Shopify Analytics.

Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, etc.).

Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social commerce).

Experience

3+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, growth marketing, or revenue operations.

Hands-on experience managing or scaling Shopify-based stores.

Working Hours
