Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a talented and creative Remote Graphic Designer specializing in branding and print media to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing visually compelling materials that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, marketing collateral, and print production. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility while contributing to high-impact projects for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, and print materials, including brochures, business cards, posters, and packaging.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.

Create and maintain brand visual standards to ensure consistency across all media.

Translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and resolution.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects.

Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.

Experience with print production processes, file preparation, and quality control.

Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and print media.

Proven track record of successful design projects, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating branding campaigns, print materials, and digital assets.

Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams is highly desirable.
Working Hours
