Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our remote IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our organization and enterprise clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure needs are fully supported and optimized. You will combine technical expertise with exceptional relationship management skills to drive client satisfaction, troubleshoot complex systems, and contribute to long-term strategic IT planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients regarding IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, IT challenges, and technology roadmaps.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, support, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor and analyze client system performance and provide proactive recommendations for optimization and scalability.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and onboarding sessions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to strategic account growth.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client environments, issues, and resolutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, storage, and security.
- Proven experience in client-facing technical roles, preferably as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or IT Consultant.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and collaboration.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, technical consulting, or account management.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts or large-scale technical projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, service delivery processes, and SLA management is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position.
- Standard working hours with flexibility to accommodate client time zones (primarily North America, Europe, or APAC).
- On-call support may be required for critical escalations.
