Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Email Marketer – Klaviyo/Mailchimp Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, and performance-driven campaigns.

As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, building, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategies across multiple brands and clients. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth through targeted and personalized email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

• Develop customer journeys, automated flows, and drip campaigns (welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, post-purchase, etc.).

• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data.

• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open and click-through rates.

• A/B test campaigns and continuously optimize performance.

• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging with business goals.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

• Maintain and improve email deliverability and sender reputation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and lifecycle marketing.

• Experience in audience segmentation and personalization strategies.

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.

• Experience managing campaigns for eCommerce, SaaS, or B2C brands is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in improving engagement and conversion metrics.

Working Hours

• Fully remote role.

• Flexible working hours with partial overlap with core business time zones.

• Typically 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
