Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Caller to join our remote sales and lead generation team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective property owners and buyers.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information such as property details, motivation, and readiness to sell or buy.
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional, persuasive communication.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales or acquisitions team.
- Accurately update and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Follow call scripts while adapting communication style to different customer profiles.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a high-rejection environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM and dialer systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working in a remote or virtual sales environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and lead generation processes is a plus.

- Fully remote position.
