Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Remote Procurement Manager – Sustainable Supply Chain to lead and optimize our global procurement operations. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, supplier excellence, and sustainability initiatives across our supply network. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies that align with business goals while ensuring ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, and long-term supplier partnerships.

As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee end-to-end procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with sustainability standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and sustainability principles.

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and performance management.

• Identify and onboard sustainable and ethical suppliers that meet quality, cost, and environmental standards.

• Lead contract negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and long-term value.

• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and sustainability teams.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ESG frameworks.

• Analyze market trends and assess supply risks to ensure business continuity.

• Drive digital transformation of procurement processes using modern procurement tools and systems.

• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and cost-saving analysis for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Sustainability, or related field.

• Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.

• Proven knowledge of sustainable procurement and ethical sourcing practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing.

• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

• Experience working with international suppliers and remote teams.

• Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
