IT sight Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (B2B – Tech Focus) to join our growing remote team. This role is critical to our business development strategy and focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines, digital prospecting tools, and outbound/inbound lead generation strategies.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a consistent flow of high-quality leads, enabling revenue growth and long-term client relationships. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic, international tech-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects within the technology industry.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM systems, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand over sales-ready opportunities to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling when required.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify B2B leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Knowledge of email marketing and LinkedIn prospecting tools.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or business development.
  • Prior experience in the technology or SaaS sector is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with international clients is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, remote position.
  • Standard working hours aligned with business needs (flexible shifts depending on target markets).
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday.
