Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Accessibility Auditor – Web Content Specialist to join our growing digital compliance and quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating websites, applications, and digital content to ensure they meet international accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience for people of all abilities.
You will work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and product managers to identify accessibility barriers and recommend practical, user-centered solutions. This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals passionate about digital inclusion, usability, and compliance with accessibility regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits of websites, web applications, and digital content.

Evaluate digital assets against recognized accessibility standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

Use automated and manual testing tools to identify accessibility issues.

Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, severity levels, and actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with development and design teams to support remediation efforts.

Validate fixes and perform re-testing to ensure compliance.

Stay up to date with evolving accessibility regulations, best practices, and assistive technologies.

Provide guidance and training to internal teams on accessibility principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of web accessibility principles and standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2).

Proficiency in testing accessibility using tools such as screen readers, browser extensions, and audit platforms.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript from an accessibility perspective.

Experience

2+ years of experience in accessibility auditing, quality assurance, web compliance, or a related role.

Certification in accessibility (such as IAAP CPACC, WAS, or similar) is highly desirable.
