Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our remote enterprise banking technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications for banking and financial services clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals to deliver robust solutions that meet regulatory, performance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the .NET ecosystem.
• Lead the development of backend services, APIs, and integrations for banking platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and security of applications.
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API / RESTful services.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of security practices, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• At least 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects preferred.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to large-scale enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Working Hours

• Full-time, remote position.
