Job Summary
IT sight Technologies is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Remote Speech Pathologist specializing in pediatric telehealth services. The successful candidate will provide virtual speech and language therapy to children with diverse communication needs. This role requires clinical excellence, strong digital communication skills, and a passion for improving developmental outcomes through evidence-based practices delivered in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.

Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s developmental goals.

Deliver engaging and effective teletherapy sessions using approved digital platforms.

Monitor, document, and report client progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.

Provide caregiver coaching and home program guidance to reinforce therapy outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and session notes.

Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and telehealth delivery.

Ensure compliance with privacy laws, licensure requirements, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the applicable jurisdiction.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Strong proficiency in teletherapy tools and digital platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to engage pediatric clients in a virtual setting.

Experience

Minimum of 2+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience.

Prior telehealth or virtual therapy experience strongly preferred.

Experience working with diverse speech and language disorders, including articulation, language delay, fluency, and social communication.
