Job Summary

IT sight Technologies is seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Brand Manager to lead and elevate our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail digital brand initiatives. This remote role is responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving digital growth, and executing high-impact marketing strategies across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative brand storytelling and has a proven track record in digital brand management within the CPG or retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform brand decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, e-commerce, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Optimize digital marketing performance using data analytics, A/B testing, and ROI tracking.
  • Oversee content strategy including social media, email marketing, and online retail platforms.
  • Manage agency partners and external vendors where applicable.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and prepare executive-level performance reports.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and brand management principles.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms).
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable brand strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital brand management, preferably within CPG or retail.
  • Proven success in scaling digital brands and driving measurable growth.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments is preferred.
  • Background in e-commerce or omnichannel marketing is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote position.
  • Flexible schedule with overlap required during core business hours.
  • Occasional availability for global team meetings may be required.
