Job Summary

IT sight Technologies is seeking a strategic and people-focused Remote HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing remote-first technology workforce. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging remote culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and experienced in partnering with distributed tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

  • Support organizational design, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve people outcomes.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored for a remote-first environment.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across regions.

  • Coach managers on leadership best practices, feedback, and team development.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to strengthen the employee lifecycle.

  • Lead change management initiatives during business transformation and growth phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote environment.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience working with HRIS and people analytics tools.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced tech environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • At least 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.

  • Prior experience supporting remote or distributed teams is highly preferred.

  • Experience in the technology or digital products sector is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Fully remote, flexible work model.

  • Must overlap at least 4 hours with core business time zones.

  • Occasional availability for global team meetings as required.
