Job Summary
HR Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Remote Blog Editor to oversee, refine, and elevate content across a portfolio of niche authority websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial eye, deep understanding of SEO-driven content, and the ability to maintain consistent brand voice across multiple verticals. This role is critical in ensuring all published content meets high-quality standards, drives organic traffic, and supports long-term audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, proofread, and optimize blog content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and SEO performance.
- Ensure consistency in style, formatting, and brand voice across multiple niche sites.
- Collaborate with writers, content strategists, and SEO specialists to improve content quality.
- Review articles for factual accuracy and proper source attribution.
- Optimize headlines, meta descriptions, and on-page elements for search visibility.
- Maintain editorial calendars and manage content workflows.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to freelance and in-house writers.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Ensure all content aligns with Google quality guidelines and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Experience

- Experience managing freelance writers is a plus.
