HR Talent Solutions is seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Ad Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient spend.

Develop and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page recommendations.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaign messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
