Job Summary

HR Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Project Assistant to support our fast-paced Agile Marketing Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sprint execution, clear communication, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking Agile marketing projects and sprint activities.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task boards (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Coordinate meetings including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively flag risks or delays.
• Support marketing campaign execution through administrative and coordination tasks.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between marketing, design, and product teams.
• Ensure adherence to Agile workflows and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage calendars, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support.
• Prior exposure to Agile marketing or Scrum teams is highly desirable.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Fully remote position.
